The City of Sanctuary team wrote “The King stands with refugees. Last night something special happened – some of our team, trustees and lived experience ambassadors were invited to meet the King. In the light of this government’s hostility, invites like this feel hopeful. Come what may, we’ll keep fighting for a world where refugees are welcomed everywhere.”
